Fashion Island is a shopping center in Newport Beach, CA. The Orange County Transportation Authority’s bus routes 1, 55, 57, and 79 provide transportation there. Fashion Island is owned by the Irvine Company.
The Island is located in the center of Newport Beach and is Southern California’s major seaside shopping and dining destination. Fashion Island has more than 30 restaurants, including Fig & Olive, CUCINA enoteca, True Food Kitchen, and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. The magnificent department stores and luxury boutiques include prominent stores such as Neiman Marcus Last Call. Fashion Island Newport Beach, located in Orange County’s only Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, among other high-end chains, is home to numerous department stores. Rebecca Taylor, Elie Tahari, Zadig & Voltaire, St. John, and Nordstrom are just a few of the many shops found on the premises.
The affluent metropolis of Newport Beach, Orange County’s foremost seaside shopper destination, is home to a plethora of boutiques, department stores, and restaurants. Fashion Island provides a unique Californian atmosphere with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean that is both stylish and laid-back.
The country’s sole Neiman Marcus, Nespresso, Urban Decay, Nike Women’s (formerly Jet), SoulCycle (formerly Dole), Vince (formerly Dole), Joie, and Halston Heritage can all be found at Fashion Island. Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, and Macy’s are also represented.
Fashion Island is a retail mecca, with more than 100 brand-name boutiques and smaller independent traders. There are several options, ranging from major chains like Anthropologie, Bloomingdale’s, Lilly Pulitzer, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus to tiny specialty shops.
Fashion Island, which also houses a range of outdoor eating options, a Whole Foods Market, a movie theater, and SoulCycle, is one of Orange County’s most popular attractions. The complex has been dubbed a stylish meeting place for people with activities to do. Many parents reported that their children liked playing with the tiny games placed all around the area while they shopped. Many people liked that the area is dog friendly, as are some of the restaurants in the complex.
Fashion Island is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Some businesses and restaurants, on the other hand, have their own opening hours, so if you want to eat at a certain restaurant, check online beforehand.
There are three parking lots in the vicinity of the district, and a few companies offer valet service. Fashion Island is easily reached by bus or automobile.
